We accept advance payment via bank transfer (E-Banking), payment by credit card (Visa Card, MasterCard, Euroline, American Express), debit cards and via Paypal. (For Greece, the “cash on delivery” or “Direct bank deposit” option is also available)
(i) Payment via credit card
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express credit cards,
The Card is charged, by using the Platform of Viva payments which uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information. Digital Certification with SSL 128 bit encryption environment, provided by the organization for the secure transmission of sensitive credit card data entered by the cardholder and under no circumstances release any details to any outside organization. As a result, we do not receive the customer’s details. The data is transferred using also a secured connection (SSL-encrypted) by the site. The customer’s credit card account is debited once the order is dispatched.
(ii) Payment via PayPal (also with credit card or debit card)
If you have already a PayPal account then you'll be automatically redirected to the secure page of Paypal site where you can follow the procedure described by PayPal.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal with your credit or debit card. In this case you'll be automatically redirected to the secure page of Paypal site where you can enter your credit or debit card information.
(iii) Bank transfer (Internet Banking or E-Banking)
In this case you can make the payment through your online banking account to the bank account specified when concluding checkout. Your products will be dispatched after we confirm the online payment. Alternatively you can send us the confirmation document of the transaction to our email address email@example.com. After receiving the order, we reserve the ordered products for you. This means that they are not available for sale to others. If we don’t receive the payment or any proof of this within a 5-day period, since the placement of the order, then we are entitled to cancel the order and restock the ordered items.
Please note: The process of a bank transfer may require 2 or 3 working days’ time. The customer must bear the transactions charges applicable for money transfer.
(iv) Direct bank deposit
This means that you have to pay the total amount of your order in advance. Money must be deposited to the bank account specified when concluding checkout. Our bank details will be shown at the end of the ordering process. In this case you must send us a scanned receipt of the deposit in our bank account number after having submitted your order. Your products will be dispatched after we receive the scanned receipt. After receiving the order, we reserve the ordered products for you. This means that they are not available for sale to others. If we don’t receive the payment or any proof of this within a 5-day period, since the placement of the order, then we are entitled to cancel the order and restock the ordered items.
(v) Cash on delivery
In Greece, we also can offer the “cash on delivery” option. In this case we’ll send out your order immediately and you will pay at your door, when the post company delivers your package. This service requires an additional fee at the amount of 2.30 €.
