If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason (or you have received a wrong item), you can return the product to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we'll send you a replacement (if a wrong item is the case) or issue a full refund if the desired item is out of stock.

Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Media products (Merch, vinyl records, Audio CDs, etc.) must be in their original, unopened factory shrinkwrap (where applicable). Returned apparel cannot have been worn or washed, and tags cannot have been cut or removed

In case of wrong items we’ll full refund the shipping charges.
In case of a simple return (change your mind) the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We credit or refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
If the product you have purchased and received is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@blackspin.gr and your product issue will be investigated and handled accordingly.
Please allow approximately 5-10 days for the processing of your return.
