How do I place an order?
All you have to do is click the 'add to cart' button for the desired items, then click the “Checkout” button in the bottom right hand corner. On this page, just enter your email address & you password (if you are a returning customer) or click continue (if you are a new customer) and complete the form with your Contact Details, Delivery Address etc. You will then be taken to the shipping selection page & after that to the payment page, which will SECURELY accept your payment details. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming your order details.

Why should I set up an account?
    - Your address will be automatically included in your order.
    - You have at any time an overview of your previous orders in your account.
    - You can use your own wish list.
    - You can make different individual preferences for the use of our site.

Why was unable to order an item that is actually out of stock?
All items you are able to add to your shopping cart are in stock and will be sent out to you immediately after submission. In case you want to order an item which is out of stock, please contact us at for availability and an estimation for delivery. Alternatively you can use the stock notification button in products page and you will be notified when this title will be available again.

Can I add further items or combine two orders after submission?
Once your order has been submitted, adding further items to the same order through the system isn’t possible. But we can assemble orders after submission and join your current order for shipping with any additional items that you may want to order. In this case please send us a list with the desired titles at Then you’ll receive an e-mail containing the new final amount and the additional amount needed to cover the payment of the additional items.

How do I use my reward points, discount code or coupon?

Can I collect the order myself?
For the city of Athens, Greece there is the possibility of receiving the order from the premises of Blackspin Records and in order to avoid any postage cost. In this case please send us an email at and we will arrange a self pick up of your order. This is usually could be done weekdays 12-18.00.

How can I cancel my order?

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
Every order ships within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) of payment sent. For Greece the delivery is estimated to 1-3 working days. International transit times vary depending on the destination.
