We ship worldwide via Greek Post Office with standard (first class) & registered priority airmail. In case that you wish some other postal service (express) you can contacts us for the available options for your country.
The exact shipping cost of your order will automatically calculated during checkout, according to the weight of the shipment* and based on your location. The approximate cost is as follows:

Special Notes to the above table:
- For each shipment, there is a "handling & packaging" fee of 0.5€
- Especially for international orders it is recommended that you choose the registered shipping option which can be tracked. For non-tracked orders, we will not be responsible for lost shipments.
- For any inconvenience, we keep the receipt from the post office as a proof of postage.
If your order includes preordered records then all of them will ship together depending upon their arrival. If you would like to receive the portion of your order that is currently in stock, please note that you will have to pay the costs on additional shipments. While we make every effort to provide the most accurate information possible on release dates, they are subject to change. Requests can easily be made via the comments section when placing your order.
Once your order is received, it will be processed, carefully packaged and delivered as expediently as possible. Every order ships within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) of payment sent.
International transit times vary depending on the destination. (Please note that charges through Customs may apply which are not of our responsibility and that we cannot mark a package as a “gift”) You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order updating the status to “Processing”. Once we have ready your order for postage, you will receive a second email updating the status of your package to “Shipped”.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason (or you have received a wrong item), you can return the product to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we'll send you a replacement (if a wrong item is the case) or issue a full refund if the desired item is out of stock. Returns allowed only for unopened and sealed products. In case of wrong items we’ll full refund the shipping charges. In case of a simple return the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
If the product you have purchased and received is damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com and your product issue will be investigated and handled accordingly. Please allow approximately 5-10 days for the processing of your return. Returns of items more than 30 days after date of receipt will not be accepted.
At Blackspin, we are committed to serving our customers to the best of our ability. All our products are sealed (or otherwise is clearly noted) hand packaged and examined before they are shipped to you. Unfortunately, we cannot control the manner in which a shipping provider handles your product.
